What is your pet policy?
Pets are welcome at the resort at the nightly fee of 50 EUR.
Do you have parking available and how much does it cost?
We have a complimentary parking for our hotel guests at the resort.
Are the areas of the hotel accessible for guests with limited mobility or in a wheelchair? What about the rooms?
Yes! All public areas of the resort are accessible, starting from our barrier-free lobby entrance. Upon arrival, our reception team will lead you to the Pershing terrace for your welcome drink and check in and later to escort you or drive you to your suite.
Our restaurants are either reachable by a ramp or elevator. The spa Pure Seven has a ramp to access and elevator inside the building (-1 and 1st floor) and on level -1 you can find the special needs toilet. Our two main swimming pools have an easy and barrier free access. As per the rest of the public areas in the resort we count on special needs toilets on the ground floor. Finally, we offer several barrier-free one- and two-bedroom suites in The Laguna area.
What are your Check-in and Check-out times?
Check-in time is as of 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00 (noon).
Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
Our suites are non-smoking. However, all our suites have a terrace or balcony from where smoking is permitted.
Is free Wifi available?
Yes, complimentary WiFi is provided to our guests in our suites and throughout the resort.
Is it possible to provide an extra bed in the room?
Given the layout of our suites, we are not able to set an extra bed. Our one-bedroom suites can accommodate a maximum of two adults and one child or infant sleeping in the same bed or on the sofa bed. A complimentary baby cot can be placed in the
suite upon request. For three adults or above, we recommend our two-bedroom suites.

How much is a taxi from the airport?
A taxi from the airport costs approximately 40 EUR per way.
Do you offer airport transfers?

Where is the nearest beach?
The intimate beach of Cala Codolar is located 200 metres away from the resort and is accessible by foot via a stairway. This pebble beach has its own “chiringuito” offering snacks and drinks during the day and sun loungers at additional cost. Take your own beach towel and sunscreen with you.
Is the resort kids friendly?
We welcome children of all age and have special kids' amenities and a sustainable and educational Kids' Club.
While our Infinity Pool is adult-only, the Laguna Pool is children friendly.
Which suite is most suitable for families with kids?
We strongly recommend families with more than one child to stay in a two-bedroom suite, preferably within The Laguna to be nearby our kids' facilities (kids’ pool and Kids’ Club). If you prefer to stay within the Ibicenco Village, we recommend the Garden Pool Suite Two Bedrooms or the Cliff Suites Duplex Deluxe.
Can the hotel help me rent a yacht?
7Pines has 3 Pershing Yachts available for charter. Our fleet includes the following boats:
• Pershing 5X: ideal for a trip to Formentera or to enjoy the calas around Ibiza for a day with up to 10 passengers aboard.
• Pershing 74: with 3 cabins, this yacht is ideal for those looking to spend a day out at sea in style or for a longer charter around the Balearic Islands.
• Pershing 9X: one of the latest models from Pershing Yachts, this stylish boat offers 4 double cabins and maximum comfort for longer charters. It is ideal for Balearic island hopping.

¿Do you offer yoga classes?
Complimentary yoga sessions are available for our hotel guests several times per week at Pure Seven. The weekly schedule is available at the spa reception as well as on our mobile app. We also provide private yoga classes with an expert teacher. Can the hotel help me rent a car?
We would gladly assist you in booking your car rental. If you book via our preferred partner Class Rent a Car, your vehicle can be both delivered and dropped off at the resort. Our Concierge can help with your car rental request. Please contact us on: concierge.ibiza@7pines.com
Does the hotel have a mobile application?
We recommend our guests to download our resort mobile app to unlock the full 7Pines experience. Our app allows you to:
